Eligibility Criteria

- Residency: Candidates should reside in the electoral ward where the Anganwadi Center is situated. Residency proof can be established through the voter list. If listed under her parents, an unmarried candidate must provide a certificate of being unmarried from the concerned Tehsildar.
- Minimum Qualification: Completion of Matriculation (Class 10).
Selection Process
- Merit-Based Selection: Based on Class 10 marks, with preference for married women. In special cases, widows or destitute women may be prioritized. Unmarried candidates may be considered if no married candidates are available.
- Additional Points: Related candidates of retiring Anganwadi Helpers may receive an extra 2% points.
