JKSSB Document Verification for Various Posts -The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has initiated the document verification process for candidates falling under the consideration zone for various posts. This process is crucial for the final selection and placement of candidates who appeared in the OMR-based written examination held on 23-05-2024.

Key Notifications

  1. Result/Score-sheet Notification:

  • Date: 10-06-2024
  • Details: Issued for candidates who appeared in the written examination on 23-05-2024.
  1. Clubbing Notice:
  • Notice No.: JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/14/2024-03 (7961700)
  • Date: 18-07-2024
  • Details: Candidates who applied for multiple advertisements and faced issues with admit cards were asked to submit clubbing requests between 22-07-2024 and 24-07-2024.

Document Verification Schedule

Candidates listed in Annexure “A” of the notification are required to appear for document verification. The verification will be conducted by designated committees at the specified locations and times.

  • JKSSB Central Office, Zamzam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar

Important Date:

  • Final Date for Clubbing Requests: 13-08-2024.

Required Documents for Verification

Candidates must bring the following documents in original along with one set of self-attested copies:

  1. Copy of Application Forms
  2. Two Recent Passport Size Photographs
  3. Original Photo ID Proof (Aadhar card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, etc.)
  4. Date of Birth Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card)
  5. Valid Category Certificate (for reserved category candidates)
  6. Domicile Certificate
  7. Marks Sheets (Matric/Matric with Science)
  8. Prescribed Qualification Certificates/Diploma/Experience Certificates as per the advertisement notifications.
  9. Bonafide Certificate: Required for candidates with qualifications obtained outside J&K UT.
  10. Checklist Sheet/Form: To be submitted during document verification (Annexure-D).
  11. Order of Preferences for Various Posts/Advertisements: To be submitted in offline mode (Annexure-E).

Important Instructions

  • Candidates are advised to ensure all documents are complete and accurate to avoid any discrepancies during verification.
  • Any missing item number or advertisement notification in Annexure “B” should be reported by 13-08-2024.
  • No further claims will be entertained after the expiry of the stipulated period.
