- Technician Grade I Signal: 1,092 posts
- Technician Grade III: 8,052 posts
- Technician Gr. III (Workshop & Production Units): 5,154 posts

- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or B.Sc. (Physics, Electronics, Computer, IT, Instrumentation).
