Step 4: Retrieve Student Registration Details

To begin filling the form, schools must enter the correct Registration Number of the student. This can be accessed by:

Navigating to the Reports section.

Selecting the class as IX and session 2023-25.

The system will fetch the registration data automatically once the registration number is entered.

Step 5: Fill and Verify the Examination Form

1. After entering the registration number, click on “Get Details”.
2. The registered data and particulars of the candidate, including their photograph, will be auto-filled.
3. Upload the candidate’s signature (not more than 50KB).
4. Fill out the remaining fields to complete the form.
