- Eligibility:
Candidates must meet the requisite qualifications for the post they are applying for. - Age Criteria:
The age limit for applicants is between 21 and 45 years as of the last date of submission. - Space Requirement:
Candidates must provide an affidavit attested by a 1st Class Magistrate stating that they will make available a space comprising two rooms/shops (750-800 sq. ft.) for the operation of Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKGs) without claiming rent. - Document Submission:
Applicants must attach self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
- Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation Certificate)
- Marks certificates of all qualifying examinations
- Domicile Certificate
- Character Certificate issued by competent authority

Completed applications should be submitted to the Chief Agriculture Office Complex Kheora, Rajouri in person or by registered post. - Postal Delays:
The APD will not be responsible for any postal delays, and incomplete applications will be rejected without notice. - Verification Process:

Other Terms & Conditions for Krishi Udyamis (KUs):
- Security Deposit:
Selected KUs must deposit a refundable security amount of Rs 10,000 in the form of a Fixed Deposit Receipt from any scheduled commercial bank. - Nature of Engagement:
KUs will operate on a franchisee basis, managing the Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKGs) at the panchayat level under the framework provided by the Agriculture Production Department. - No Right to Regular Appointment:
KUs will not be entitled to claim regular appointment in the department. - Asset Ownership:
All assets provided for the KKGs remain the property of the department. KUs are responsible for the maintenance of these assets. - Supervision & Management:
KKGs will be managed by KUs under the supervision of a Designated APD Officer, ensuring that all activities align with the department’s guidelines. - Training & Fee Entitlement:
KUs will receive training to enhance their skills, and they are entitled to a fee for participating in such sessions. - Input License:
The Directorate of Agriculture will provide the requisite input license for KUs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Technological Support:
The department, along with Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), will provide regular technological support to KUs. The SKUAST Cyber Extension Hub will be integrated with the KKG software ecosystem for ongoing support. - Facilitation of Linkages:
The department will facilitate linkages between KKGs and financial institutions/input companies through MOUs to foster collaborative efforts. - Service Charges & Compliance:
KUs will charge nominal service charges as per the rate card issued by the Mission Director HADP. Weekly reporting to Panchayat, Block, and Line Departments is mandatory. - Succession Plan on Disengagement:
In case of disengagement or exit of a KU, the KKG will come under the control of the Designated APD Officer until a replacement is found. - Agreement Termination:
Either party can terminate the agreement with a 3-month prior notice. However, KUs must agree to stay for a minimum of two years. If they leave earlier, their security deposit will be forfeited.
