Instructions for Selected Candidates

The selected candidates for the Case Worker position are required to report to the District Social Welfare Office, Udhampur, W.No.5 Barrian Udhampur, within 14 days from the date of this notification. Failure to report within the stipulated time frame will result in cancellation of selection, and candidates from the waiting list will be considered.

Key Terms and Conditions

  1. Temporary Appointment:
    The appointment is purely temporary, with a consolidated monthly remuneration as per the original advertisement.
  2. Contractual Period:
    The appointment is valid for the remainder of the financial year and is subject to performance and recruitment rules under the scheme.
  3. Termination Clause:
    Either party can terminate the contract with a one-month notice.
  4. No Claim for Permanent Appointment:
    Selected candidates must agree in writing that they will not claim permanent employment upon completion of the contractual term.
  5. Attendance Requirement:
    Remuneration will only be disbursed if candidates attend their duties regularly and physically.
  6. Document and Character Verification:
    Selection is subject to verification of original academic documents from the issuing authorities and character verification by the Police CID. Discrepancies, if found, may lead to legal action and financial recovery.
  7. Performance-Based Extension:
    Contract extensions depend on satisfactory performance and the continuation of the scheme by the Government of India.
  8. Cancellation Clause:
    Contracts will be canceled without prior notice if the candidate’s performance is unsatisfactory.
  9. Scheme Continuation:
    The appointment duration is tied to the continuation of the scheme by the Government of India.

Reporting Requirements

Selected candidates must bring original documents for verification during their reporting at the District Social Welfare Office. Non-compliance will result in disqualification, and waiting list candidates will be approached for selection.
