Pahalgam, Dec 16, CNS: Two persons including the driver sustained injuries in a road accident at tourist resort Pahalgam in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Official sources told CNS that during the intervening night of Sunday and Monday, an Innova vehicle JK01AV-3800 veered off the road and plunged into the bank of the Lidder Nallah near the Power House in Pahalgam.

They said that the accident left the driver, Suhail Ahmad Bhat of Shadipora, Bandipora, and a passenger, Nadeem Ahmad Khan of Nehalpora, Pattan, injured.
Both were rushed to the Primary Health Centre Pahalgam for immediate medical attention.
After receiving initial treatment, the injured were referred to Government Medical College Anantnag for further treatment. (CNS)
