Srinagar, February 17, 2025 – The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued a new transfer and posting order for senior bureaucrat Talat Parvez Rohella, an IAS officer from the 2010 batch (AGMUT cadre). Previously serving as the Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K, Rohella has now been transferred and appointed as the Secretary to the Government, Planning Development, and Monitoring Department.
