JKPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for Civil, Instrumentation, Textile & Tourism Posts: The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released the official notification for JKPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2025 under the Department of Skill Development. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 7 gazetted posts for Lecturer-I and Lecturer-II positions across various disciplines including Civil Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Textile Technology, and Travel, Tourism & Hotel Management.

According to Notification No: 04-PSC (DR-P) of 2025, the maximum age limit varies by category, with the general category capped at 40 years. The pay scale ranges from Rs. 40,800 to Rs. 1,60,600 per month depending on the post. The recruitment process will be carried out as per the JKPSC Business and Procedure Rules, 2021.
Eligible and interested candidates can submit their applications online via the official JKPSC website (www.jkpsc.nic.in) from 13 May 2025. The last date for submission is 12 June 2025. Candidates will also be able to edit their applications between 13 June and 15 June 2025. The exam date will be announced later.

Educational Qualification
For Lecturer-I positions (Civil Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Textile Technology): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks
For Lecturer-II (Travel Tourism & Hotel Management):
Bachelor’s Degree with 55% marks OR
Bachelor’s in Arts/Science/Commerce with a first-class diploma in the relevant discipline OR
First-class diploma from a recognized institution
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)
OM Category: 40 years
SC/ST Category: 43 years
PHC Category: 42 years
In-service candidates: 40 years
Other Requirements
Candidates must be domiciles of Jammu and Kashmir
Applicants must upload all required documents including date of birth proof, domicile certificate, qualification certificates, and category certificates as applicable

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a written examination followed by document verification, as per Rule 43 of JKPSC Business and Procedure Rules, 2021.
