Kishtwar Road Accident: 1 Dead, 3 Injured in Tragic Jammu and Kashmir Crash” : SRINAGAR: One person was killed and three others were injured in a road accident at Mughal Maidan area of Kishtwar district on Tuesday.

“An i10 vehicle, bearing registration number JK17A 8880, lost control and fell off the track at Mughal Maidan. In the incident, one person died and three others were injured. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.,” officials said.
In another incident, lightning accompanied by hailstorm struck the Gagrot upper hilly area in Marg Top of Rajouri district.
In the incident, over 100 sheep and goats belonging to seven nomadic families were killed.
A member of one of the affected families said that the animals were their only source of livelihood. He said the loss had caused economic distress.
He appealed to the authorities to compensate for the loss. (GNS)
