Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews and situational analyses to support project planning and execution.

• Collaborate with program teams and represent the foundation in various research forums and stakeholder meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a research-focused role.
• Proficiency in SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and analytical writing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred (Desirable) Qualifications:

• Experience working in an NGO or community-based setting.
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines and field research protocols.
• Published research work or conference presentations will be an added advantage.
