In accordance with the recommendations of the duly constituted Selection Committee, the provisional selection list (enclosed as Annexure-A) has been approved.

Important Instructions for Selected Candidates:

The provisionally selected candidate is hereby directed to report to the Office of the Principal, GMC Kathua within 07 days from the date of issuance of this order.

➤ Joining Requirements:

1. Permanent Registration Certificate from J&K Medical Council must be submitted at the time of joining.
2. PSC-appointed candidates can join only after receiving a relieving order from the Administrative Department.
3. Salary disbursement is subject to the receipt of a satisfactory Character and Antecedents Verification Report from CID, J&K.

Documents Required at the Time of Joining (02 Sets – Self-Attested Photocopies + Office Files):

1. Duly Filled Joining Application
2. Copy of Selection Order
3. 10th Certificate/Marksheet (Date of Birth proof)
4. MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate or Medical M.Sc Degree
5. MBBS/BDS Registration Certificate
6. MBBS/BDS Marks Cards (All Profs.) or M.Sc Marks Cards (All Sems.)
7. MBBS/BDS Attempt Certificate
8. MBBS Internship Completion Certificate
9. MD/MS/PhD Degree Certificate (Medical)
10. MD/MS Registration Certificate
11. Domicile Certificate of UT of Jammu & Kashmir
12. J&K Bank Passbook Copy (for salary account details)
