In the interest of administration and in view of administrative exigencies, sariction is hereby accorded to the placement of following Assistant Accounts Officers of J&K Subordinate Accounts Service as UC Junior Scale Accounts Officers, pursly on stap gap besis with with charge charge allowance allowance as admissible under rules. This arrangement shall not confer any right to them for consideration of their promotion as Junior Scale Accounts Officers as and when the same is considered on regular basis and shall be subject to outcome of wilt petition(s) if any, periding before any competent court(s) of law:
