SRINAGAR: A 65-year-old man was allegedly killed after being run over by a Casspir (vehicle) in the Hawal area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district, according to eyewitnesses

They reported that Abdul Salam (65) was struck by a police vehicle near Firdous Cinema in Hawal, sustaining critical injuries.

Meanwhile, it has been learned that the individual was transported to SKIMS Soura by a police team, where doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
Confirming the incident, a senior police officer told news agency GNS that “it is a Road Traffic Accident.”
