ADVERTISEMENT NOTIFICATION

Applications on a prescribed form are invited from the eligible qualified females having a minimum qualification as 8th pass hailing from the below mentioned villages/wards for their engagement/hiring as Helpers/AAYAs under ECCE for the financial year 2025-26. The candidates shall have to enclose the following credentials/papers in original in support of their application before depositing the same in this office. The candidates shall

The village means “Revenue Village” as clarified vide GO No:-288-Edu of 2009 Dated:-08.04.2009

The Ward has already been defined in GO No:-1628-Edu of 2003 Dated: 24.10.2003.

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of class-8th pass on cut of date. The engagement of the candidate will remain provisional till the genuineness of their documents is verified by the Engaging/Hiring Authority

Only Female Candidates can apply. The Helper deployed must be a domicile of Village in case of Rural and Ward in case of Urban area where approved school is located..

  1. The Engagement/deployment of a Helper/AAYA shall be purely terminus and shall start from the dates they are engaged/Hired & shall conclude with the end of academic session. It may be extendable subject to the performance & approval of funds from the Ministry of Education Government of India. In a particular Component Affidavit from 1st Class Magistrate shall be taken from the candidate at the time of joining for not claiming for permanent absorption at any stage.

Finalisation of Selection

In case of Tie up of the selection of candidates for Helper, the preference shall be given to the Elder candidate

Appeal

(ie Candidate with more age shall be considered).

If anybody feels aggrieved with the selection of Helper/AAYA, an appeal shall be preferred to the concerned

Zonal Education officer with in the period of 15 days from the selection.

  2. Maintaining the Hygiene of Children-Toileting/Hand washing/Cleanliness of Children etc.
  3. Helping the teacher in preparing class for activities,
