SRINAGAR: The Chief Engineer of Distribution, KPDCL, has announced a scheduled power shutdown on the 33KV Mattan-Pahalgam line to facilitate the completion of work on its stabilization. The project was previously delayed due to SANJY-2025.

As a result, the 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Salia, Hutmurrah, Sallar, Aishmuqam, Batkoot, and GIS/AIS Pahalgam will remain non-operational. Power supply to Pahalgam, Batkoot, Aishmuqam, Seer, Saller, Akad, Hutmurrah, Salia, and nearby areas will be disrupted on 2nd and 4th September, 2025, from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM.
