Sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of following I/c Tourist Officers as I/c Assistant Directors, Tourism, in their own Pay and Grade till these posts are filled up on regular basis on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee/PSC:-

The above arrangement is temporary and shall not confer any preferential right on the aforesaid officers to hold these posts on substantive basis or claim promotion, which shall be made in accordance with the extent rules and shall be subject to the outcome of Writ Petition(s), if any, pending before Competent Court(s) of Law.

Consequent upon the placement of the above officers as I/c Assistant Directors, Tourism, the following transfers/postingsare hereby ordered with immediate effect:-

Mr. Jahid Azad, Jr. JKAS, Assistant Director, Tourism, Pahalgam, is transferred and posted as Assistant Director Tourism, in the office of Director Tourism, Kashmir, against available vacancy.

Mr. Vishal Kumar Sadhotra, Jr. JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the Administrative Department is posted as Assistant Director,
