The Poshan Project Basohli under the Social Welfare Department, Jammu & Kashmir invites applications from eligible female candidates for the recruitment of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) on an honorarium basis.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
- Domicile: Must hold a domicile certificate of J&K.
- Educational Qualification: As specified for the respective positions (details in Annexure B).
- Age and Marital Status:
- For unmarried candidates, an unmarried certificate is required from the concerned Tehsildar.
- Residence: Proof of residence in the respective ward is mandatory, verified by the latest Panchayat voter list or Municipality electoral roll.
Required Documents
Applicants must attach the following documents to their application form:
- Domicile Certificate
- Academic Qualification Certificates from a recognized university/board
- Aadhaar Card
- Voter ID Card
- Ration Card
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Ward Certificate and Panchayat/Municipality voter list (certified by the BDO or EC Municipality)
- Unmarried Certificate (if applicable)
- Affidavit (Annexure C) duly attested by a Judicial Magistrate
- Relieving Order/Appointment Order for retired AWW/AWH (if applicable)
Application Submission
- Applications must be submitted in person to the Office of the Child Development Project Officer, Basohli during working hours.
- Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained.
Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification along with:
- Original and self-attested photocopies of:
- Marksheets/Diplomas/Degrees
- Domicile Certificate
- Unmarried Certificate (if applicable)
- Residence Certificate
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
- One original photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID).

- The Poshan Department reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel vacancies at any time before the selection process concludes.
