Age Limit: Up to 65 years

Eligible candidates must submit their duly filled application along with self-attested documents to the office of SOTTO, J&K, SSH, Jammu by 19-05-2025 before 4:00 PM.

  1. Proof of Date of Birth (Age limit up to 65 years)
  2. 10th Class Marks Sheet
  3. 12th Class Marks Sheet
  4. Domicile Certificate
  5. Documents verifying essential qualifications (MBBS + MD/MS)
  6. Experience certificates (if any)
  7. An affidavit stating the applicant is not employed elsewhere and agrees to the terms & conditions

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The appointment is purely contractual and non-extendable beyond the project duration.
  2. Remuneration will be decided by the appointing authority based on qualifications and experience.
  3. This appointment does not confer any right to regularization in future.
  4. Duties will be assigned by the competent authority as required.
  5. The appointee will report directly to the HoD, Urology cum Nodal Officer, SOTTO J&K. Performance reports will determine continued engagement.
  6. Any changes from the Government of India will be applicable without prior notice.
