Subject:- Advertisement Notice for the post of Voluntary Home Guards on Temporary basis for Six Years in Home Guards UT Ladakh in terms of J&K Home Guards Act, 2006 applicable to UT Ladakh.

Opening of Applications date: Last date of submission:-06/02/2023. 06/03/2023.

Applications are invited from the eligible resident of UT Ladakh on the given Application Form (Annexure ‘A’) for engagement as HG Volunteer in UT- Home Guards for a period of 90 days call up and 60 days training during a year. The Honorarium at the rate of Rs 300/- per day shall be paid as per the J&K Home Guards Act 2006 applicable to UT Ladakh and Rules framed there under, and in terms of J&K Government Order No. 586- Home of 2018 Dated 26.04.2018. This shall cover training period of two months and three months call up duty. The willing candidate may apply for the said engagement as per vacancies for the post of

There are no fees/ charge for submission of application form for the engagement of Voluntary Home Guards.

IV) Applicant are advised to submit attested photo copies of eligibility certificate along with application form and bring along the original documents for verification at the time of Physical Standard Test (PST).

NOTE:

1. Incomplete applications forms in any manner or not filled up properly shall be rejected. 2. The engagement is purely on temporarily basis for the period of Six Years and this shall have no claim for permanent absorption/ continuous engagement. 

3. Competent authority shall reserve the right to terminate the engagement at any time without notice. 

4. The form shall be made available to all w.e.f 06/02/2023 to 06/03/2023 free of cost from

the office of DySP HD/CD & UTDRF office Leh and Kargil on any working day during office

hours.
