In fact, earlier you had to take different approvals from different places, from the departments of the central and state government. However, now when you get clearance from this single window, only your PAN card will be used.

 Earlier more than a dozen IDs were used

Let us tell you here that at present more than a dozen IDs including EPFO, ESIC, GSTN, TIN, TAN and PAN have to be used to get clearance through single window system. However, with the latest announcement, the government can now allow the use of PAN card by going to a single window instead of multiple databases to apply under the National Single Window System for all types of clearances and approvals by the departments of the Center and the States. .

Piyush Goyal said that the PAN card number will help in automatic filling of other application forms received in the system to speed up the approvals. Piyush Goyal told reporters after a review meeting of the NSWS in Delhi, “We are moving towards using one of the existing databases as the entry point, which is already available with the government… and possibly that PAN.” Number will be So with PAN, a lot of basic data about the company, its directors, addresses and a lot of general data is already available in the PAN database.
