Body of woman who drowned in Jhelum river in North Kashmir fished out after 20 days
SRINAGAR: On April 22, 2023, a woman drowned in the river Jhelum in the Dokalbal Sopore area of North Kashmir. Her body was discovered after almost 20 days, according to officials on Saturday.
According to a representative, on April 22, the woman entered the Jhelum River in Dokalbal Sopore.
According to the official, her body was brought to GMC Baramulla after being retrieved by the residents in Baramulla today.
The body will be given to the family for the final rites once all formalities have been completed, he said.
