Dearness Allowance increase to Government employees continuing to draw their pay as per 6th CPC

In an order issued by Codes division of Finance Deptt.,Govt Employees continuing to draw their pay as per 6th CPC to be paid revised rate of DA @ 212% of basic pay w.e.f 01/07/2022.

Subject: Payment of Dearness Allowance to Government employees continuing to draw their pay as per 6th CPC-revised rate effective from 01.07.2022.

In continuation to Government Order No 166-F of 2022 dated 22.06.2022, it is hereby ordered that Government employees continuing to draw their pay in the pre- revised Pay scale/Grade pay as per 6th CPC, shall be, paid Dearness Allowance as

(1)The payment of Dearness Allowance involving a fraction of 50 paisa and above shall be rounded to the next higher rupee and the fraction of less than 50 paisa shall be ignored.

(11) The arrears on account of additional installment of DA from July, 2022 to January, 2023 shall be paid in cash in two equal installments (one in February, 2023 and other in the month of March, 2023) and shall form part of the monthly salary from February, 2023 onwards.
