Digital PAN Card Process: Digital PAN card will be made in a few hours from Aadhaar card, know how?

Digital PAN Card Apply: With the help of a new service launched by Fino Payments Bank, users can get a digital version of a new PAN card through Aadhaar-based authentication within a few hours. The bank has tied up with Protean eGov Technologies to expand PAN card issuance services in India, especially in rural areas.

With the tie-up, Fino becomes the first payments bank to act as the PAN Service Agency (PSA) of Proteus and facilitate paperless PAN issuance. Fino Bank said in a statement that the tie-up will allow Proteus to expand its reach in the hinterland of the country through Fino Bank’s phygital network of over 12.2 lakh merchant points.

How can users get PAN card?

Users can apply for PAN card through Aadhaar-based authentication at Fino Bank Points, which will not require submission or uploading of any documents. Applicants will also have the option to choose PAN card in digital or physical form.

Fino Bank said that the recently introduced digital version or e-PAN will be sent to the applicant’s email ID within a few hours of applying. e-PAN is acceptable as physical PAN card. Whereas, those who opt for the physical card will receive their PAN card at the address mentioned in their Aadhaar within 4-5 working days.
