The application forms should be accompanied with a non-refundable bank receipt or by making an online payment of 2300/- only from J&K Bank, GMC, Srinagar (account No. 0349040100007655). Application forms complete in all respects should reach to the office of the Registrar of Academics upto 21.06.2024.

- MBBS Degree Certificate
- JK Medical Council Registration Certificate or NMC Registration Certificate.
- Marks certificates from 1st to final year MBBS
- Internship completion certificate
- Domicile Certificate
