Govt Health and medical Education Department Appoint Officers

s.o:3521n excise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and in supersession of all previous notifications on the subject, the Government hereby appoint the following persons to be the Government Analysts for the entire Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir in respect of the drugs falling under schedule C, C(1) & X and other than those falling under schedule C, C(1) and X to Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 except Sera & Vaccines; namely
