The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) invites applications for the recruitment of Non-Institutional project human resource positions on a temporary and contractual basis for the project titled “Assessment of Unmet Needs and Access to Assistive Technologies among the General Population through Digital rATA tool-Cross-Sectional Survey in India”. This project is being conducted at the Division of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), ICMR Hqrs, New Delhi.
Vacancy Details
1. Post Name: Project Research Scientist-1 (Coordinator) (Non-Medical)
- Number of Posts: 2 (Two)

- Salary: Fixed Rs. 56,000 + HRA as admissible
- Duration: 1 Year
Essential Qualifications:
- First Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG degree) in relevant subjects (Science/Public Health/Life Sciences)
OR - Second Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG degree) with PhD in relevant subjects (Science/Public Health/Life Sciences)

Desirable:
- Knowledge and technical experience in Public Health.
- Experience in managing multicentric projects, preferably in government institutes.
- Field visits as required.
Nature of Duties:
- Coordination and management of project activities, including data analysis and report writing.
- Collaborating with the study team for effective implementation of the project.
2. Post Name: Project Research Scientist-1 (Data Scientist) (Non-Medical)

- Category: Unreserved (UR)
- Upper Age Limit: 35 Years
- Salary: Fixed Rs. 56,000 + HRA as admissible
- Duration: 1 Year
Essential Qualifications:
- First Class Graduate Degree of Four (4) Years, i.e., B.Tech/B.E. in relevant field (IT/CS)
Desirable:
- Technical experience in Psychology/Public Health.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Python, PHP, Django framework, HTML, AJAX-Frontend technologies.
- Experience in managing multicentric projects and field visits as required.
Nature of Duties:
- Coordination of project activities, data analysis, and report writing.
- Monitoring multicentric projects and assisting the Program Officer with data review and report preparation.
General Information
- Place of Duty: ICMR Headquarters, New Delhi
- All educational qualifications should be from recognized boards or universities.
- Experience from reputed national/international organizations will be considered.
- Experience gained from government organizations will be preferred and counted after the completion of the essential qualifications.
