The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is inviting applications for the following Non-Institutional project human resource positions. These positions are purely on a temporary and contract basis under the project titled “Assessment of Unmet Needs and Access to Assistive Technologies among the General Population through Digital rATA (rapid assistive technology assessment) tool-Cross-Sectional Survey in India” at the Division of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), ICMR Headquarters, New Delhi.

1. Project Research Scientist-1 (Coordinator) (Non-Medical)
- Number of Posts: 2 (Two)
- Category: UR
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Salary: Rs. 56,000 + HRA (as admissible)
- Duration: 1 year
Essential Qualification:
- First Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) in relevant subjects like Science, Public Health, or Life Sciences
OR - Second Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) with PhD in Science, Public Health, or Life Sciences
Desirable:
- Experience in Public Health, especially in field visits and managing multicentric projects.
- Experience in government institutes will be an added advantage.
Nature of Duties:
- Overall coordination and conduct of the project activities, including analysis and report writing in collaboration with the study team.
2. Project Research Scientist-1 (Data Scientist) (Non-Medical)
- Number of Posts: 1 (One)
- Category: UR
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Salary: Rs. 56,000 + HRA (as admissible)
- Duration: 1 year
Essential Qualification:
- First Class Graduate Degree of Four (4) Years i.e. B.Tech/B.E. in a relevant field (IT/Computer Science)
Desirable:
- Technical experience in Psychology or Public Health
- Experience with platforms like Python, PHP, Django, and Frontend technologies like HTML, AJAX
- Experience in managing multicentric projects and fieldwork.
