As I said earlier he is very observant and I think people are attracted to him because of his nature, character and personality. They love being around him. He has excellent leadership qualities.

Gaikwad is in excellent form

Gaikwad has been in tremendous form in the domestic 50-over tournament, scoring 220 off 159 balls against Uttar Pradesh which included 7 consecutive sixes. In the semi-final, he scored an innings of 168 runs in 126 balls. He also scored a century in the final.
