January 2024 Bank Holidays :Bank Holidays in January 2024: The services at private as well as public banks will remain closed on certain days in January 2024, according to the details shared by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).  During the month of January, banks are scheduled to remain closed for a total of 16 days due to both national and regional holidays.

These holidays include festivals, national holidays, second and fourth Saturdays, and all Sundays.

The holidays vary for each region and are meant for region-specific festivals, in addition to general weekend holidays, which are common for all banks across the country.
