🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Banking, Law, Finance, Agriculture, and allied sectors.
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in the banking sector or related fields is essential.
- Effective communication skills, team coordination ability, and fluency in the local language are mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
Desirable:
- Candidates with a proven track record of conducting financial literacy programs will be given preference.
- Preference will also be extended to honourably retired J&K Bank Officers not below the Senior Manager (Scale-III) rank.

- Maximum age: 65 years as on January 1, 2025.

- Monthly Remuneration: ₹22,000/-
