Appointment of Inquiry Officer
Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed, who is currently the In-charge Joint Director of School Education in Jammu, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer. His responsibilities include conducting a thorough inquiry into the allegations against Mr. Bhagat. The inquiry officer is required to submit a report along with recommendations to the Administrative Department within 15 days of the order’s issuance.
