SRINAGAR: In a fresh administrative reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered transfers and postings of several officers in the interest of administration, according to an official order.

As per the order, Sham Lal Abrol, JKAS, presently serving as Collector, ERA, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
Vishal Kumar Sadhotra, Junior Scale JKAS, serving as BDO Pancheri, has been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of the Tourism Department for further posting.
Aditi Singhaal, Junior Scale JKAS, currently posted as CDPO Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department.
Meanwhile, in a separate order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) on the directions of the Lieutenant Governor, Shri Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, IAS (AGMUT: 2016), who has been transferred to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, has been posted as Managing Director, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) with immediate effect.
The transfers have been made as part of routine administrative adjustments, the order stated. (JKNS)
