Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be:

Citizens of India, or

Subjects of Nepal or Bhutan, or

Tibetan refugees who came to India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle permanently, or

Persons of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided they have a certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.
