JKBOSE Issues Important Notification for Internal Assessment Submission – Deadline February 18, 2025

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released a crucial notification for all government and private schools in the Kashmir Division, including Kargil. Heads of institutions are required to submit Internal Assessment awards for SSE (Class 10th), HSE-I (Class 11th), and HSE-II (Class 12th) for the Annual Regular 2025 session (both Soft and Hard Zones) by February 18, 2025.

Key Deadlines:

• February 18, 2025 – Last date for schools to submit internal assessment awards to the respective JKBOSE offices.
• February 22, 2025 – Deadline for Sub/Branch Board Offices to compile and forward the awards to the Office of Assistant Secretary, Secrecy.

Submission Guidelines for Schools:

To ensure a smooth and error-free submission, schools must adhere to these instructions:

✅ Use the Official Format – Marks must be recorded using prescribed formats available on the JKBOSE website.
Ensure Clarity – No overwriting, cutting, or use of correction fluid is allowed.
Submit in Duplicate – Internal assessment records must be submitted in two copies, containing complete examination roll numbers, subject examiner signatures, and attestation by the Head of the Institution.
Maintain Records – Schools must keep a signed copy of the Internal Assessment records for future reference.
Timely Submission – Late submissions will incur penalties as per JKBOSE norms.
