- Qualification: Candidates must possess one of the following:
- Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost and Management Accountant (ICMAI).
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates).
- OR an MBA Finance/PGDM Finance/M.Com with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates).

B. Generalist (120 Posts)
- Qualification: Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates).
Age Limit (As of 01.09.2024)
- Minimum Age: 21 years.
- Maximum Age: 30 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.
Pay Scale & Benefits
- Basic Pay: ₹50,925/- per month.
- Salary Structure: ₹50,925 – ₹2,500 (14 increments) – ₹85,925 – ₹2,710 (4 increments) – ₹96,765.
- Other admissible allowances and benefits as per company norms.
