Educational Qualification
Dy. Chief of Flight Safety: CHPL / ATPL license (helicopter endorsed) with an Engineering Degree
Continued Airworthiness Manager: B.Tech/Engineering Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/Aerospace + AME Diploma
Quality Manager: Engineering degree or equivalent in any discipline
Air Safety Officer: Helicopter Pilot (Defence/CPL(H)/ATPL(H)) + B.Tech/Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering fields
Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager: Same as Continued Airworthiness Manager
Dy. Quality Manager: Engineering degree or equivalent
Station Manager: MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Two-Year Diploma

Dy. Chief of Flight Safety: Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000 (E-6 Grade)
Continued Airworthiness Manager: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000 (E-4 Grade)
Quality Manager: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000 (E-4 Grade)
Air Safety Officer: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000 (E-4 Grade)
Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager: Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000 (E-3 Grade)
