On the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee/Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of following Senior Stenographers of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as Private Secretaries in the Jammu and Kashmir Secretariat (Gazetted) Service-II in the Pay Level8 (47,600-1,51,100), from the dates indicated against each:
The officers shall continue at their present places of posting, till further orders.
The above promotion shall be subject to outcome of writ petition(s), if any. pending before the Competent Court(s) of law.
