Shepherd, 60 sheep crushed under speedy truck in J&K’s Doda

Srinagar, May 12: In a tragic incident, a shepherd was killed and around 60 sheep from his herd were crushed early Monday morning when a speeding truck ran over them in the Puli Doda area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district, official sources said.

According to an official, “a nomad shepherd was killed and nearly 60 sheep and goats from his herd were crushed under a speedy truck near Pul Doda in Doda district in the early hours of Monday morning”.
The deceased has been identified by police as Muzaffar Hussain, son of Mohammad Rauf, a resident of Jindra village in Udhampur.
