South Kashmir Road Accident: One Dead, Another Critically Injured”: SRINAGAR: A 44-year-old man was killed and another injured after their vehicle collided with a truck on the National Highway near Fruit Mandi Jablipora area of Bijbehara in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday.

Officials said that there was a collision between a truck and a Mahindra XUV300 on the National Highway in Bijbehara. “In the incident, two persons were critically injured and were shifted to Sub-District Hospital Bijbehara for treatment. However, one of the injured, namely Arshid Nabi Dar (44), succumbed to his injuries. The other injured has been identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat (50). Both are residents of Baghat Kanipora, Srinagar.”
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and an investigation has been taken up. (GNS)
