SRINAGAR: The body of the third missing laborer, who drowned in the Jhelum River in Uri, Baramulla district, last month, was recovered on Tuesday.

The victims, identified as Shakeel Ahmed Mir, Bilal Ahmed Rashi, and Mohd Aslam Chowan, fell into the river while dismantling an old bridge at Mohra Gingal.

Two bodies were previously recovered, leaving Shakeel Ahmed Mir’s body still missing. However, it has now been retrieved, and further procedures are underway.
