Pending enquiry into their conduct, the following officers are hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect for violation of Model Code of Conduct and participation in political activities: –
- Shri Younis Mohammad, Assistant Executive Engineer, PHE Sub-Division Dachhan, Hydraulic Division, Kishtwar.
- Shri Imtayaz Hussain, Junior Engineer, PHE Sub-Division Dachhan, Hydraulic Division, Kishtwar.
- Shri Ateeq-Ur-Rehman, Junior Engineer, PHE Sub Division Mendhar, PHE Division, Poonch.

During the aforesaid period, these Engineers shall remain attached in the office of the Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (PHE), Jammu, till further orders.
It is further ordered that:
- Shri Vishal Gupta, l/c Assistant Engineer, presently posted in TCC Division Jammu, RTIC Jammu, is hereby transferred and posted in PHE Sub-Division Dachhan against available vacancy. He shall lookafter the work of the post of AEE, PHE Sub-Division, Dachhan, Hydraulic Division Kishtwar, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
- Shri Sanjeev Sharma, Junior Engineer, presently posted in PHE Division Kathua is hereby transferred and posted in Hydraulic Division Kishtwar against available vacancy.
