SRINAGAR: One woman was killed and nine others sustained injuries when a mini-bus met with an accident near Shardha Temple on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Udhampur on Wednesday.

Release of Grade/Scale to JKAS Officers
An official said that the injured were immediately shifted to the Associated Hospital of Government Medical College Udhampur for treatment.
“Unfortunately, one lady died in the mishap while nine others have been hospitalised. Police are on the job, and further investigation is underway,” the official said.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident. (KNC)
