SRINAGAR: A man was electrocuted to death in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district late Wednesday night, officials said.

Quoting an official, local news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that Mohammad Sadiq Chichi, aged about 36 years, son of Noor Mohammad Chichi, a resident of Frasdub Hudpora, was electrocuted while repairing a heater at his home, resulting in his immediate death.
After the completion of medico-legal formalities, the dead body was handed over to his legal heirs, he said.
Further proceedings in this matter have been initiated. (KS)
