Name of the post: Marketing Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to boost brand presence and market share.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company goals.
- Identify and target key markets to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, production and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Travel extensively within J&K (UT) to meet customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cement or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing
