• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age:
• 40 years for Open Merit candidates
• 42 years for Physically Challenged candidates
• 43 years for SC/ST/RBA/EWS/LAC/IB candidates
• 48 years for Ex-Servicemen (ESM)

Application Submission Process

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to www.kashmiruniversity.net and click on the “Jobs” link. Read the detailed instructions and preview the registration process.
2. Registration: Click on the “Non-Teaching Jobs” link to register yourself. Use a valid email ID and mobile number. Remember the username and password for future reference.
3. Form Submission: After registration, log in using your credentials. Fill in your personal details, educational qualifications, and experience. Review the form, and if all details are correct, click “Submit.” If changes are needed, click “Edit,” make the necessary corrections, and then submit the form. Once submitted, no further editing is allowed. Print the application form and note the form number for future reference.
4. Application Fee Payment:

• Open Category: Rs. 750
• Reserved Category: Rs. 500
  Payment should be made through online mode only.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions by the last date of application submission.
2. Incomplete Applications: Any application found incomplete will be rejected without notice.
3. Government Employees: Applications from government servants must be routed through the respective administrative authority. University employees must route their applications through the Registrar of their respective universities. Failure to do so may result in rejection.
4. Application Fee: The application fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable.
5. University Website Updates: Any corrigendum/addendum will be published only on the university’s official website. Candidates should regularly check the website for updates.
6. Transferability: The selected candidates’ services may be transferred between different satellite campuses of the University of Kashmir.
7. Document Verification: Candidates must produce original documents for age, educational qualifications, experience, and fitness during document verification. The university reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all documents.
8. Foreign Degrees: Candidates with degrees from foreign universities must submit an “Equivalence Certificate” issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.
9. Selection Process: The selection process will be determined by the university and notified separately.
