Final Merit List of Anganwadi Workers/Helpers in Bani Published

In reference to Office Advertisement Notice No: 03 of 2024 dated 12.03.2024, applications were invited from eligible female candidates to fill 2 vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) under the Poshan Project in Bani. A total of 6 candidates applied for the advertised vacancies.

The merit and other relevant details of the candidates, as per the advertised notification, were thoroughly reviewed by the committee constituted under Government Order No: 103-JK(SWD) of 2023, dated 28-04-2023, and Government Order No: 222-JK(SWD) of 2022, dated 30-11-2022, along with the Social Welfare Department, J&K Letter No. SWD-ICDS/43/2022, dated 14.08.2023.

A Provisional/Tentative Merit List and Select List, outlined in Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively, were previously published for public review. These were announced through District Information Officer under Office Letter No: CDPO/B/2024-25/255-66, dated 10-08-2024, and also published in the newspaper Daily Excelsior on 14.08.2024. Additionally, the lists were displayed on the websites and offices of the DC Office Kathua, Sub-Divisional Administration, and other local administrative buildings to seek objections from candidates or the public within 10 days.

As the 10-day period for submitting objections has expired with no objections received from any candidate or stakeholder, the Final Merit List and Final Select List, as shown in Annexure-A and Annexure-B, are now officially published for the information of the general public and all concerned parties.

Any grievances or objections regarding the Final Merit List can be appealed to the Deputy Commissioner Kathua within 10 days from the publication date of this notification. After this period, no grievances or objections will be entertained.
