Engagement Details

The selected candidates are engaged for a period of one year, extendable yearly based on performance and project approval by UNICEF.

Terms and Conditions

The engagement of the selected candidates is governed by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Duration of Engagement
    • The initial contract is for one year, extendable based on performance and approval by UNICEF.
  2. Nature of Posts
    • The positions are purely program-based and do not constitute substantive government roles.
    • Engagement in these roles will not entitle candidates to claim permanent employment in the government sector.
  3. Execution of Agreement
    • Selected candidates must execute an agreement, attested by a 1st Class Magistrate, stating:
      • They will not leave the department before the contract ends.
      • They will not claim any government or permanent posts based on this selection.
  4. Legal and Ethical Compliance
    • Candidates found guilty of impersonation, submitting false or fabricated documents, or providing incorrect information will face legal action and termination without prior notice.
  5. Reporting Timeline
    • Selected candidates must report within 21 days of the issuance of the selection list with their original documents for verification.
    • Failure to report within the stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation of their appointment.
  6. Adverse Reports
    • If the Head of Department (HOD) provides an adverse report, the engagement of the concerned applicant will be terminated immediately without notice.
