GMC Srinagar Recruitment 2025: Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar invites applications through online mode from eligible candidates domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for the tenure post of House Surgeons in various disciplines. Applicants must hold an MBBS degree and have completed an internship from a recognized medical college. Only candidates with a permanent registration certificate from the Jammu and Kashmir Medical Council or the National Medical Commission are eligible to apply.
Applications will be accepted online from January 2, 2025, to January 15, 2025. The selected candidates will be engaged for a period of six months.

Application Process
Applicants must first sign up on the official website and complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process. This includes personal details, contact information, educational qualifications, and uploading scanned copies of original certificates and documents. Photocopies or blurred documents will not be accepted. After successfully submitting the form, candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹500 online.
After completing the online application, candidates must take a colored printout of the submitted form and submit it in person at the Office of Registrar Academics, GMC Srinagar, along with all original documents and an affidavit. Applications submitted via email or other means will not be entertained.

Candidates must produce original certificates at the time of document submission, including MBBS marks sheets, internship completion certificates, domicile certificates, permanent registration certificates, and a recent passport-sized photograph. They must also provide an affidavit confirming that they will not claim an experience certificate if they leave before completing six months, will not participate in strikes, will maintain discipline, and are not involved in any criminal activity or private practice.
