Officials Transferred:
Ms. Shagun Sharma (JKAS) – Transferred from Special Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD) to Special Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department.
Mr. Joginder Singh Rai (JKAS) – Previously serving as Special Secretary with the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, he has now been posted as Special Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD).
Mr. Abdul Khabir (JKAS) – Earlier holding the position of Deputy Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, he has been appointed as Special Assistant to the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister.
The General Administration Department (GAD) has issued these changes to streamline administrative functions and improve governance efficiency across departments.
